Complaints and returns
In the event of purchasing a work at an auction, i.e. through a public auction, there is no possibility of withdrawal from the contract or return, even if participation in the auction takes place remotely (telephone, internet).
In the case of works purchased in a gallery sale, it is possible to return the work within 14 days of the Customer receiving the work. To withdraw from the contract, contact info@stsart.pl and deliver the returned work to the following address: gen. Felicjana Sławoja Składkowskiego 4, 02-497 Warsaw
